Focus on our production facilities
Our own production facility in Ettlingen, in the northern Black Forest, forms the centrepiece of our production. This is where we develop and produce premium pharmaceutical and personal care products that conform to the strictest quality standards. With state-of-the-art technology and many years of expertise, we guarantee efficient, safe and sustainable manufacturing. Our systems are designed to produce liquid and semi-solid products in various batch sizes - flexibly and always precisely.

FrymaKoruma Dinex H-1300 (EX)
Vacuum processing unit for semi-solid dosage forms with scraper-agitator system and powerful homogenizer. Equipped with automatic powder suction unit.
Maximum capacity is approximately 1.000 kg, Standard batch size is 800 kg. Minimum batch size approximately 50 kg.
Depending on the product output between 2 and 4 batches per shift.
SYMEX CML-400
Vacuum processing unit for semi-solid dosage forms with scraper-agitator system and rotor-rotor homogenizer. Equipped with automatic powder suction unit.
Maximum capacity is approximately 400 kg, Standard batch size is 400 kg. Minimum batch size approximately 50 kg.
Depending on product up to 3 batches per shift possible.

Stainless steel mixing unit for liquid dosage forms, equipped with load cells and Ystral power agitator.
Maximum capacity 5.000 liter per batch, minimum capacity approximately 1.300 liter.

IWK TFS 80-2
Automatic packaging line for semi-solid dosage forms in aluminium-/CoEx-/HDPE-/laminate-tubes. Equipped with a multi-purpose tube closing system (single folding, double folding, saddle folding, welding). Full range of tubes to be filled, 5 g through 200 g.
Capacity depending on tube dimension, up to 160-180 tubes per minute.
IWK TFS 20
Automatic packaging line for semi-solid dosage forms in aluminium-/CoEx-/HDPE-/laminate-tubes. Equipped with a multi purpose tube closing system (single folding, double folding, saddle folding, welding). Full range of tubes to be filled, 5 g through 200 g.
Capacity depending on tube dimension, up to 80-100 tubes per minute.

SARONG SAAS-15:
SARONG SAAS-15, automatic packaging line for suppositories, equipped with a 2 g-aluminum blister forming unit.
Maximum capacity approximately 30.000 suppositories per hour / 400 kg bulk per shift of 8 hours

WÜRSCHUM Touchfill (EX):
Semi-automated liquid filling unit for smaller volume products.
Capacity depending on product and operator approximately between 15 and 30 units per minute.
RATIONATOR Robomat (EX):
Automatic packaging line for liquid dosage forms. Classical round bottles and shaped bottles from 20 ml through 1.000 ml. Filler equipped with CIP-system for automatic cleaning.
Maximum capacity depending on product type and bottle size, realistic output up to 100 bottles per minute.
